We also from CII reached out to big basket and they have assured
priority delivery for PwD and Senior citizen. However their app
remain inaccessible.

Has anybody succeeded in getting preferential delivery from Bigbasket? I had
submitted the form but did not get any call from their customer
called up the customer service, they told me they do not have any
