The CCPD court is handled by Babus and don't expect them to be very
sensitive to problems faced by the Visually impaired. They correspond by
letters like any Govt body. You are lucky to have received an email reply.
In my 2 years of followup i never received an email reply.

On another note- most people who have got orders from CCPD on accessibility
of others have not enforced their orders. So its time to get the big guys
directly. It is time to bell the cat. Who is going to do it?

This happens even with the Ministry of Social Justice's site too..
I have written several times to CCPD as well as the Ministry for
making at least their own Websites and communications accessible but
all inVAIN
Almost all the docs uploaded by CCPD on their websites in pdf format
are
Fully agreed Kartik. During my stint at Yahoo, we have helped re-building their
website and even educated them at that point in time about accessible
documents.
I believe ministry should begin accessible India campaign right from their
offices.
