I have addressed them in a new PR at [1], which also provides a few
minor editorial fixes.

Sorry for late response. I’ve looked through the changes and it overall
contains many good clarifications and the new content is well presented. I had
some questions about certain formulations in English but not being native I
leave that to RFC Editor.
