ACPI: INT_SRC_OVR (bus 0 bus_irq 0 global_irq 0 dfl dfl)
The BIOS has a NO-OP interrupt source override on irq0
where the timer is supposed to be.

than C1 is because that is what the BIOS tells us:

In Windows the CPU fan is turning on at high speed for about 4-5 seconds every
2 minutes. Thus keeping the CPU at 40 degrees (centigrade). In Linux the fan is
working at wery low
