In the default boot (ACPI interrupt routing enabled), I'm not convinced we know
where the gameport and ehci interrupts are going. If they're hardwired to IRQ

No, booting with pci=routeirq doesn't work correctly.
I don't see any IRQ error messages anymore but I only get full speed (12 Mbps)
instead of high speed (480Mbps).
