It seams that new 2.6.22 kernel works better. It (LiveCD) didn't hang yet but
it probably can in the future. I think I'll install some of new Linux
distributions on my hard driv

Kuteynikov, Do you still have this issue on the latest kernel? I see some
others use the same mobo reported bugs, but their system are at least working.
