Make
sure the domain does not have any policies applied to the user/machine look in
the registry under:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Service\USBSTOR
and
look for the Star key if it has a 4, then USB is disabled, it should have a
3.

For info and removal instructions on this worm read this from Symantec:

You can take some measurements to secure your network by scanning at the
SMTP gateway, if you don't have one I would suggest you get one, apparently
I also have Backup Exec with the Exchange agent installed, I have it running
once a day but it depends on the amount of traffic that you have and how
critical it is for your company.
We have RAID 5 on the server so I'm not worried about a hard drive crashing,
we also have two external SMTP servers

Subject: [ActiveDir] Deleting a subnet on a AD Site
I have a domain that was originally setup in a public network and then was
moved to a private one. It has three public subnets and one private in the
Sites and Services mmc.
Are there any issues deleting the public ones? they're not being used
anymore internally.
Thanks,
AM
