Might not be the best solution, but you could always write a custom
script in something like perl that does customized data integrity
checking for you and what not. The ActiveState perl for windows works
exceptionally well in my experience.

Could you just use Windows' built-in NTBackup to back up those files, etc.
to another server and then do a restore to your target server? This way you
get the verify option with NTBackup as well...unless I totally missed the
boat here! :)
