I think its 4.1-SNAPSHOT thats got the xbean generated namespace in
it. I certainly see it in the one in my local repo

Yes - its the activemq-ra (the Resource Adapter). We used a different
namespace as its easier to use a different namespace per module with
the current xbean plugin
