Does anyone have sample code to create a user
on a local or a remote NT machine?
I'm trying to sort through this WMI stuff
because it seems like that would allow me to
create a user on a local or a remote machine,
but it's taking forever to figure out where
to start.

Unfortunately there were some technical glitches with the PPM
server sometime last week. These have been since corrected, and I've just
installed ActivePython-Debug now (~7:00 PST Oct 24). Let me know if you're
still unable to install

Unfortunately it didn't work. Here's what I get:
