We currently do not have a policy specific to Faculty Load. We do have a
compensation specialist in HR who works with our academic deans and
coordinators on faculty load. Banner software (Ellucian product)
Our faculty workload depends on the department. Expectations are different
for engineering and writing faculty, for example. Some expample policies:
