We had the same problem, and the solution was:

You will have the same effect with scrsaver.nlm. Trying to unlock, it will

If I remember correctly, ADSM would keep as many volumes in filling status
as you had mount points defined to the device class for that storage pool.
So if your device class has a mountlimit of 2, you'll always see 2 volumes
in filling status (barring volumes that encounter an error). So when

Hi
Even if OS/390 is a robust OS, IMHO you have reached a critical size.
You should think about splitting your TSM server. 44GB is the real size

Recovering time is mainly a question of I/O and CPU. Which kind of
tape do you use ? Is your DB defragmented ?

All,
Does anybody know why wouldn't db2 backups expire, when, in theory, they
should be?
We have an AIX-SP environment, with TSM 4.1, server and clients. DB2 data is
backed up via the TSM-API. The copygroup criteria for this data is: versions
exists=1; versions deleted=1; retain extra versions=1,
You have to manually inactive the backups using the db2adutl delete command.
Read up on the db2adutl command, it has a lot of different things you can
do.
