We had crashing problems similar to this and drew it down to TCPWINDOWSIZE=2048 causing the problem because we did not have the registry setting necessary to make things happen. Since we changed to TCPWINDOWSIZE=63 the problem went away, but we are going to try to go back sometime in the future.

Does anybody know what the fastest way is to solve this ? You should contact IBM support and provide the Dr. Watson log files that were created when the client crashed. You should also provide dsm.opt and dsmerror.log. The folks in TSM support should be able to work with development to analyze
