I have a problem with my disk pool(DASDPOOL) .. i have 100% util and the trigger ...
is 30% but I dunno why it's not going to the tape pool(3494POOL) .. and when I check
the tape pool (q vol stgp=3494pool) .. there are still alot of tapes being status
FILLING ... hmmm ..

do you know how I can write a script, I have never scripted before ..
I want to have a script that checks the recovery log if it's 75% full or not ... and
then ... it pauses all processes and then ... it does an incremental db backup ... how
can I do this .. ?

I have reached my maximum extention of recovery log of 13 gb ... now I can't even
extend it so I can't log in and do a database back up ... can someone tell me how to
delete some of the recovery log ... is there any other way ?
