Even when correctly configured, the BA client GUI doesnt' do the job.
Only starting the client acceptor service (on my W2K laptop) and
connecting via a browser (to http://localhost:1581/) does the job.

Never seen the BA client GUI being able to display the NAS TOC, but the WEB client
will do the trick.

The TSM Client Manual for Windows has more details but we did the following:
In the dsm.opt file we added:
nasnodename = NetAppName (Celrra Name in your case)
domain.nas = all-nas
include.nas.fs MgmtClassName
From there you need to stop and start the client acceptor
