The thing is that I want to get all the archives within a specific filspace,
except for a few of them whose HL_names are as listed below. The purpose is
that I want to inquire to verify that there are more missing files than I
may have come across.

to have all the archives so that you can
see archive information for other files, for comparison purposes.
Look through the resulting archives.out file. Do you see the missing
files? If so, what does the output show for these files? Are they bound to
the management class you *think* they are bound

I have a client with a missing files problem.
Around midnight Jan 25/26, TSM did an incremental on a WinNT box. All three
file systems show as completed in q fi f=d. Some time thereafter, but
before 1/28, the harddrive went south. On 1/29 directories from c$ were
restored on a new machine
These are all part of the System Files in the System Object - was this
restored?

Well still struggling with my files that I miss in my backups.
It seems like that the files I miss is files without a file ending (like .txt or
.exe), it could be file named for instance "definestg".
Directories and files with a file ending is backed up.
my include exclide list is as

and from what I can see the missing files isn't open in the live system.
The client is a Unix, AIX box. and the files isn't in any exclude/include list
as far as I know.
