I believe this is because the directory structure of TSM changed between
versions 3.1 & 3.7 so you will have to reconfigure the db2 client.

We have been using UDB5 backing up online to ADSM 3.1 for the last couple of
years on AIX ... unfortuantly we've just upgraded to TSM 4.2 and UDB 7.2 and
now ir does work (PMR with IBM/Tivoli I type...) ...
so YMMV
