The only oddity I see is that DDSTGPOOL4500 has a NEXTSTGPOOL of TAPEPOOL.
Shouldn't cause any problems now since utilization is 0% but would get
triggered once you hit the HIGHMIG threshold.

done this kind of stuff before.
There are all sorts of things that need to be sorted, if you really need to
migrate the TSM db you need to upgrade to 5.4 or 5.5, then you have the
issue of LTO-5 not being able to read LTO-1
