The structure-report gives you ALL campaigns of your account, regardless if
there have been impressions in the past or not.
If you want to evaluate which of these campaigns haven't had any impressions,
you have to put some logic in your code.
E.g. comparing ALL campaigns of your account
After upgrading to V13 we begin to receive error messages from the
campaign service. This error message says that we do not add the ‘user-
agent’ to the call – we always do that. When we switch to V12
everything works.
