Hello,
As far as I can tell, you'll only get back data for terms that

Search Query Performance report in the AdWords web interface's Create
Report tool, it says "View performance data for search queries which

Hi Eric,
Thank you for clarifying, I think I understand your question now. The
email and password headers can be set to either those of an MCC or a
regular AdWords account. If you specify the login for an AdWords
account then clientEmail and clientCustomerId field are not required.

I'm afraid that I don't have any information about the image ad
approval process--I have a feeling there might be different approval
timeframes for different ad types (flash vs. regular image) and
different accounts. If you have an AdWords account representative

Forgive me for asking this again. I am pretty sure I did, but I can't
find your response.
Our application pulls daily adgroup/creative/keyword reports every
night for many accounts. We would like to pull them as soon as
possible past midnight so we have ample time to process them.

Finally passed by the internal error (really don't know if it my fault

you showed in the example, (the one in the

Hi all.
I'm after detailed documentation on all fields available in reports.
For example, the docs at
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_report_creative.html
list 'PreferredCPC' as a possible field to include in the report.
Where would I locate further documentation
