Hi.
We used to call getAccountInfo() against the AccountService ( v13 ) and
parse the currency. This doesn't seem to be available in the new API
yet. It's essential that we're able to find out what currency an
account is using, otherwise currency figures are meaningless. Any clues?
Thanks.

Hi Jamie,
The estimateKeywordList() method is part of the v13
TrafficEstimatorService, but you are sending the request to the
v201008 CampaignService URL. Additionally, your request is missing
the AdWords API namespaces that are required. I recommend that you
use the new v201008 TrafficEstimator

We'll be performing routine system maintenance on Saturday, November 13 from
approximately 10:00am to 2:00pm PDT. You won't be able to access AdWords or
the API during this time frame, but your ads will continue to run as normal.

Hi Zweitze,
In the AdWords web interface, under My Account -> Account access, this
clientEmail is listed as "Your old, shared login". This means the
login isn't associated with a Google account, and it may cause
problems with the v2009 and v2010 versions of the API. In these cases

Hi Manuel,
Thank you for your feedback, I'll pass that along to the appropriate
team. Please be clear that this behavior I'm describing only applies
to the TargetingIdeaService and the Keyword Tool, and has no bearing
on Google search results or ad serving.

Hi Manuel,
Yes, UNIT_COUNT refers to the API units used. It's not possible to
predict future unit usage, so the date range can only go as far as
today.

Hi Manuel,
Please remember to check your targeting options and ensure they are
the same between the API and the Traffic Estimator UI. The Keyword
Tool uses a different system and may return different results.
Also, a video I made on the new v201008 TrafficEstimatorService is now

I'm trying to sign up for the Adwords API.
I've tried signing up for an MCC account like this page says:

But it said my account was already an MCC account. Great!
Except there is no "API Center" options under My Account.

Thanks Brendan but...
Why is "credit card" returning $0 CPC from the API?
And why $12.13 on the Keyword Tool and $10.22 on the Traffic
Estimator?
All set to English and US

Hi Pete,
This feature is being retired across the product, which is why the
field was removed in v201008. The default for new campaigns remains
OPT_OUT.

I receive error IdError.NOT_FOUND , but I'm sure that keywords that I
want to update are on the account. I see them through 'Sandbox Account

Hi Nicholas,
There is no supported way to get an ad group ID from the Adwords web
interface. You'll need to request all ad groups in the campaign and
choose the one with the same name.
