Yeah so I can't figure out how to log anything... the library is like
a maze and I did `$user->LogsAll();` but the logs directory remains

unique by itself, so either that has changed or it is only the case for

You are getting these errors because you are trying to sign up for the API
on an ad-serving account, instead of an MCC account. If you don't yet have
an MCC account you'll need to create one, and use a new email address.

We've worked around this by using the V13 AccountService when we see this
