Hi Andre, The operation limits are not bound by timezone. Instead, it is 24 hours after you exhaust the quota of 10k operations. We don't have any way to query the remaining quota, but you should be able to track it on your end. You can use the Rate Sheet

Hi Hunter, Sorry -- my mistake. I misread the SOAP response and thought it was from a mutate call. Indeed, it seems we have an issue here, as I can't get the user list name back from *AdGroupCriterionService* either. I've reported this issue and will get back to you as soon as I have an update.

Hi Andre, I *think* this happens 24hrs after you consume the first of the 10K operations (rather than from the moment where you exhausted your 10K quota for the day). So to answer your question, if you send a request at 00.30 and exhaust the quota at 23:30, the quota would refresh again at 00:3
