Upload conversion adjusts return inconsistently 400 error code

Hello, I'm using rest api for uploadConversionAdjustments action. When I'm running the request, it's sometimes works and sometimes return 400 error code. When it's running as part of a job, on our cloud service, it returned only 400 on all cases, so far. I assume that's not really 'bad
