I have exactly the same issue than Ting. I have contacted the team in
charge of Consolidated Billing, but so far we do not spend enough to be
eligible.
You said "*Normally, Consolidated Billing is required*", so my question is
: is there a way to complete a billing setup from the API if
eed to
get this info from the API to be able to send an alert to our users.

I logged SOAP and here it is, fresh right now. To clarify, the OAuth2 I use
has a real MCC account with some clients that are officially test
clients. I wouldn't mind seeing only those, or only the real
API Center + Billing prefs (incl TC acceptance)
