Upon checking the Audiences tab of both the 655-133-6107 and 455-818-4618
accounts, I can see that each has at least 10,000 audiences. Most, if not all,
appear to be at the campaign level

I'd recommend adding a filter to exclude any audiences with no impressions. I
didn't see anything internally that would cause issues other than the size of
the report. If this filter doesn't help, please let me know.
