Finally I tried with the v2009 Sandbox Java samples. I succeed to
access to the Sandbox.
When I tried for the first time with those samples, I defined some Web
References in Netbeans. I think this is why I had some Axis Errors.

the fact that it's based off of the standard AdWords API Java client
library. It also needs to run against v13 of the AdWords API (at least
