Hello Jeremy, Please make sure you are calculating the operations number correctly. Every response header contains number of the operations consumed. If still in doubt, please send us your MCC account ID and last 4 chars of the developer token over email ("Reply to author" button on the right)

We have been dealing with the exact same thing. But this seems really silly that we stop making requests for 24hrs. Basically that requires to stop our software completely...which effects our customers. So every time we make a subsequent request (after the initial error) the clock starts over??!

RateExceededError of TargetIdeaService

We're trying "TargetingIdeaService" under the Standard Access Level Account. However, we got RateExceededError many times. The same account also mutate Criteria's and AdGroup's MaxCpc Bidding. We execute this operations over 10 thousands times per days, however no errors
