Thank you for reaching out. AuthorizationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE indicates
that the access is denied since the customer is not active. You would have to
reactivate it by following the instructions in this article and then make the
API call again. If you do have any other concerns,

I think we're having somewhat of a misunderstanding here. When we try to
access these accounts over the API, we get a
AuthorizationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error. I assumed that this happens
because the accounts are closed, but if I get you right then that's not the
actual cause

Thank you for reaching out. As I said earlier the accounts created under the
test manager account are test accounts by default and they have the “Closed”
status in the first place. These accounts are not suddenly closed. To view
them, you would need to click on the down arrow next

thank you for your message. I'm still wondering why all of those accounts
were suddenly closed and if there's any way to reactivate them so we don't
have to set them all up again.

we have a Google Ads test manager acccount containing a couple of test
accounts that we use for integration testing. Around two weeks ago, all of
those accounts were cancelled, seemingly without any notice being sent to
the account admin.
What's more, in contrast to regular Ads accounts
