The OAUTH_TOKEN_INVALID error indicates that the access token passed with the
HTTP header was not correct. Once you are able to create a test client account,
please try making the request again with your CID in the headers.

I have managed to generate developer_token, oauth client_id,
oauth client_secret and oauth refresh_token.
I've set their values in the googleads.yaml
