retrieving keyword plans "shared with you" is not possible via API, Is
there any other work around ?

Although this is not possible through the Ads API, it may be possible
programmatically modify video ad groups using Ads scripts. However, our team
specializes in the Ads/AdWords API, so for further assistance on this, I would
