We have isolated this to one of our peering partners. If I shut down that
partner, everything is back to normal. Luckily we have another peering point
and extra bandwidth, so shutting it down is not an issue.
I'm currently troubleshooting with the NOC to see if we can drill the issue

I am trying to upload a video and it is dreadfully slow. Never seen it this
slow before. 5mbps and we have 10G on this computer.

Chuck,
Tracked it down to the IX. Got the IX guys on the phone. Did a few packet
captures to figure out exact IPs and got the BGP paths. Once I got that to the
IX guys they figured out a new comer to the IX had a bad BGP configuration.
They took them off the IX and everything works normally
Might depend on whether you grow 'em or not. I call 'em puh con, but
they're nutz for sure.
