We apply late fees to all invoices that get past 90 days and suspend them. We don’t turn them back on until they bring their account “current” (sadly under the terms, just bringing it under 90 days past due) and then suspend them again when they get past 90. We only have one customer that goes

We do participate in the ACP program. We signed up for it as EBB and then transitioned when that was converted to ACP. Frankly, it was a pain to get setup and is rather a pain to administer. We did it only as a service to our customers and to avoid being a reason that they would switch to a comp
