Just thought I'd follow up on this. Lots of back and forth with hologram
running diagnostics with no success. Finally ordered a new SIM card, and
the new one came online immediately.
Between plan changes trying to get the thing to work, and the new sim, I

another. If you haven't logged into the Hologram portal yet and setup your
SIM you should. Make sure you name it apporpriately so you know which one
you are fiddling with. Once that is done you should be able to just plug it

setting the APN of "hologram" in the Netgear. Is that about it, or am I
