Rf level is rf level. TX power + antenna gain - path loss + antenna gain I think Adam makes a good point. If both systems were making legal eirp on the same path, the signals should be the same. Unless I'm inexperienced too? Maybe this telrad stuff is just too complicated for us silly wisps. Ki

That's easy. dB re power is only part of the basic math formula Adam. The other half of the elementary equation is sensitivity. On Feb 22, 2015 10:37 PM, "Adam Moffett" wrote: > I read that quote before Patrick, and I am forced to wonder if that > individual was in the United States and running

I read that quote before Patrick, and I am forced to wonder if that individual was in the United States and running at the correct (legal) power level. And I wonder if he was comparing the naked 10dbi SM to a 15dbi wimax CPE. You could definitely get 10db more by turning up the tx power all t

What are the specific applications where I might want a C7304-NSE-150 over a C7304-NPE-G100? The side-by-side comparison chart makes the NSE look better, but I'm not sure what the more specialized processor(s) in the NSE does/does not do well. -Jason
