conjunction with the City to get us to a POP for the Co-op West Central Comm.
That gets us transport to San Saba where we get our bandwidth currently fro

You might try a good gigabit laptop connected to the circuit and a good
speedtest.net server.
When I do UDP to that same CCR I gave you from my desktop I only get around
630Mbps.
TCP is worse, around 30
