was shopping for fluorescent bulbs, I was told to look at the CRI number on
the package (Color Rendering Index) which is not at all the same as color

T8s give off about 100 lumens per watt. Really good LEDS may be 120 or 140.

hardware store from fluorescent to LED. it was part of a remodel, so I
think he did a wholesale replacement without having to retrofit any
fixtures.
