is 350 bucks enough money for a logo? theyre kind of important. that seems
like a low price for something critical.

99designs.com is very worth it. I don't know what you're looking at /
using now, but having a design contest with a guaranteed cash prize
will get some good designers lined up.

I know what I want, just need somebody to draw it, digitize it, and advise

If you already know exactly what you want, you're likely going to end
up with a less than professional or original design. Branding is
important.
