All motor actions of a robot can be controlled by predictions. So something
like DALL-E would be able to decide and predictions and then carry out whatever
imagined future it wants to create in real life.

Handling predictions good allows it to do everything, because all things to do
are based on decisions, so it can inform/ solve/ predict all Problems to Solve.
