Proposal 6274 is failing quorum; its voting period will now end on May 23 at 00:51:21 UTC. It's Democratic, so I can't rubberstamp it. 6 players have voted so far; quorum is 10, I think (the Assessor DB doesn't track registration and activity by timestamp, I really should fix that at some point).
