I just wanted to deal with some stuff before I take on the position of
Arbitor.
The first order of business is judges. To start I assume the people who
were willing to judge last time, are still willing to judge. I have
listed these people below, but if you don't/do want to judge and
are/aren't on

Maybe the Province of Agora would work well as a Contest. Make
achievements worth points, and put all the informal regulations into the
contest rules.
