system for generating the ruleset or Gaelan's errors. Now, that I
understand how the raw files are processed better, I do not believe any

After picking through the ruleset published by PSS, however, I have serious
concerns about others. PSS's ruleset was rushed in order to deputise first
and contains glaring errors including a complete
