don't seem to do well in all the dialogues/screens of the
www.hartgen.org check out leasey advanced. Lots of great shortcuts,
and other things in there along with some great vlc scripts.

Buying Leasey seems like overkill just to be able to do that. Not really
sure how it's supposed to help. Never did really get into the idea of trying
it out and now my JAWS is a bit past it so doubtless I'd have to upgrade
that as well. Does Leasey have specific VLC-geared features?

Yes. Put the dvd in and go to media menu, and I think open disc. It will
start on the menu screen equivalent so just hit the next button and they
will usuallys tart at chapter 1. You can also manually select them if you

You should be able to in most files. I don't think you'll get any feedback from
your screen-reader though. Can't recall the keystroke offhand ... ctrl-t maybe?
It'll be in the list of VLC keyboard commands, anyway. You have to enter in the
time value.
