No, pushing the volume wheel in changes what you hear through the headphones.
There are something like 10 different settings. Pre, post, and I'm not sure
what else. I noticed slight differences in sound when I pressed it, but no
major differences.

I am sorry, but I missed the beginning of this thread. Which microphone
system is being used, and how large is it? Thank you.

You have to be a little careful too with the battery in place with the recorder
on the desk, a simple push can cause the recorder to over balance with the
weight of the battery on the back.

with the H6. I keep reminding Zoom. Also I keep reminding them to make up some
kinda Zoom jingle for when the thing boots up.

If you link two tracks for stereo, you control them both with one knob. That
way the levels stay equal on both tracks.
I also got the L batteries, although I bought less expensive ones.
I cannot imagine putting the F6 on my belt, unless I wanted to risk my pants
falling down. With the battery, i
Hi all,
I have had the F6 for a couple of months and have really enjoyed trying out
some of its features.
It's very easy to link two tracks for stereo recording, but only if you have
the iOS app.
Without the app, the recorder is quite inaccessible.
I use a Wildtronics amplified parabolic system
Can anybody tell me how to format the SD card? I could not find that option
on the iOS menu.
I'm guessing I may need sighted assistance to do that?

Andy,
Wow, I have no idea what the clip in microphone XY, I
e with the line in connection.
If it's only one line in channel you can simply put up with the small power
demand or plug your H6 into a wall socket.
These are only my basic thoughts so I'd highly recommend that you speak
with Gena or Hamit.

Hi Can somebody tell me if there's a 3.5mm line-in jack on the Zoom F6?
The Mosen at large podcast from Gary mentioned a line-out, but not a
line-in. I'm hoping he had it backward.
Thanks.
