[all-audio] Editing a Sound in GoldWave

Good morning all. I'm using GoldWave under Windows 10 and NVDA. Seems like, in the past, I could change the speed/tempo of a music without changing the pitch.  Can someone tell me what menu item I should attack to do this?  Easier to learn a tune if I can slow it dond.  Thank you. Howard
