seem to remember John saying. As you pull the switch to power up hold the play
button down. Wait until that upgrade screen comes up. use the menu lever to go

Thanks for the heads up. Does anyone know what buttons are required? They have
used graphics to show the button to be held while turning on and the button to
be pressed to confirm.
