Hmm. I have an Audigy. Works ok for me. wavetable, mpu401, audio i/o.
Drawbacks: the smallest blocksize is not that small (384 samples I think)
and behaviour under Windows (if you care about that) has been a bit
dubious.
Just a quick question for everyone :-)
Can anyone tell me if the Audigy support status has changed at all since:

Thanks :-)

Hi,
now emu10k1 driver on cvs suports SB Audigy and seems working somehow
;)
according to Steve Hassard:
- playback on front works. AC97 seems irrelevant and only
"Wave Playback Volume" affects actually.
- playback on rear - implemented - not work. no idea.
- playback on center/lfe - im

I ported the stuff to ALSA, and now checked into CVS.
It's supported on snd-emu10k1 module
n Audigy Player (mp3
model) without a livedrive.
Anything I can do to help you debug?

There is some attempt to do so in the emu101k driver devel team.
Just take a look at the emu101k-devel mailing-list:
http://sourcef
Creative labs released OSS drivers.
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=44773
Perhaps someone can port to ALSA...
