0.9.0rc2) locked my system hard when using my fm801 soundcard, I
recompiled the kernel with sound support and without alsa, compiled
alsa-dirvers, -lib and utils version 0.9.0rc6 (I have the correct kernel

i use a soundblaster live and soundfonts. i want to use to different
soundfonts at one time (for example in musE). how can i achieve this?
i loaded the files with

but in muse i could only use the fist soundfont. any ideas what i'm

The system has an enmic/NMC board (KT133 chipset, via686a) with duron
processor. The onboard soundcard (vi82xx) is switched off in the bios.

I know this won't help but I have the same problem with via82xx module and
VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8233 AC97 Audio Controller (rev 10) audio chip.
Using Debian Testing with alsa-source 0.9.0rc5-2.
Haven't figure it out yet. Always records silent even playing works great.
