After upgrade of kernel to 2.6.20, alsa to 1.0.14rc1 and alsa-firmware to 1.0.14 everything works fine. That is all frequencies and rates are set properly and both playback and recording are great. My thanks for excellent work of all people in alsa developers team. -- Regards, Andrey
