I think I have the solution.
After some digging I found the setting in master.cf for the
lmtp_send_xforward_command=yes
I still have to change it, but I think this is it.

I use a mailrelay with postfix, amavis-new 2.3.3 and spamassassin.
Is it possible that amavis add a X-Spam-Flag for every time that the mail
goes through it? Usally amavis will overwrite the X-Spam-Flag if the mail
passes amavis a second time. But I need a second X-Spam-Flag.

I've defined email addresses in the spam_lovers_maps list (in
amavisd.conf), but email to these addresses are still being
filtered. The setting looks like...
@spam_lovers_maps = ( [ qw( [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I have dsn with D_BOUNCE and it works. No problem here. When I receive
the dsn on a unix imap server, I get the complete explanation from
postfix and amavis.
The dsn is a a multipart/report.
